Dimation excels in  turn-key  and consignment Quik-Turn prototype and low volume contract manufacturing in the Electronic  industry.  Currently, we are Presenting an exciting new role and opportunity for a Director of Sales to join a rapidly expanding, privately  owned EMS provider of Quik-Turn Electronic, Component Packaging , Electrical and Mechanical Design Services  and provides a diverse portfolio of  Products to the Electronic Industry.


Responsibilities:

We are searching for a STAR.  This proactive and turn-key contract manufacturer experienced Director of Sales will be a confident walking billboard inside an out for our brand.  In this position you will operate effectively on a national basis, leading sales activities by example and by creating and delivering innovative sales plans for newly acquired accounts and for esteemed international companies .

The Director of Sales will lead by example and offer prompt, courteous, personal and continuous expert service, with pro-activity, enthusiasm, charisma and  that exceeds our client’s expectations.



Essential Duties:

Managing and expanding key accounts.

Identifying suitable opportunities and generating high quality sales leads.

Overseeing and directing on-time deliveries of all samples, quotes, orders.

Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.

Building consultative relationships with clients.

Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.

Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

Maximizing new business development opportunities.

Overseeing, leading and motivating a sales team of Account Executives and Account Coordinators. You will lead by example and confidently make recommendations to shake-up the current sales force and build upon it as needed.

Successfully achieving marketing and sales operation objectives by collaborating with the marketing team, guiding sales collateral and campaigns and gathering marketing and sales information from the field.

Contributing to all advertising and promotional materials for contract manufacturing and Private Label Brand.

Representing a series of innovative products that will provide your clients with that “next-level” experience.

Collaborating with R&D on new product development projects and train sales staff on new products.

Delivering sales presentations to key clients and assist Account Team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
